Tips to lead a healthy life

 TIPS TO LEAD A HEALTHY LIFE

Exercise has been a key factor in staying healthy. Exercise strengthens bones, heart, and lungs, tones muscles, improves vitality, and helps you fall asleep better.


Reduce your intake of sugar, salt (sodium), and alcohol.




Get more fiber, which can be found in fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grain products, and nuts.

Drink water as it is vital for our body. The human body is made up of around 70% water and it is for this reason that it has been recommended to consume a minimum of 2 liters per day.

Rest has been recommended, which should be 8 hours a day.

Sunbathing helps to synthesize vitamin D, improves the quality of sleep and we are helping our mood.

We should choose foods prepared at home instead of processed.
